Although they have 11 stores in the state of WI, anything bought in one of these stores cannot be exchanged at another store, you have to return to the same store where you bought the item, so it is not a chain store, but each store on its own...

I went to buy a truck on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The salesman, Wade (I think he's a good salesman), told me he already had a deposit from someone. This deposit was valid for five days. When I asked why he was selling a truck for which a deposit had already been made, I didn't get a clear answer. And yes, my English isn't very good, so I took precautions. We agreed that the owner of my company would call him and discuss the terms of the purchase, which was scheduled to take place on Monday. After the call, it turned out that someone's deposit did indeed exist and was valid for five days. The question is, why wasn't the truck removed from sale before the deposit expired? I think this is unfair, both to the people who made the deposit and to those intending to buy. After all, before going to see them, I checked the information. The truck was listed for sale. On April 10, 2025, an update was posted stating that the truck (unencumbered) was for sale. Judge for yourself the integrity and responsibility of these people. There is not a shred of fiction in my story. I wasted about seven hours of my time that day, only to understand nothing.
